Rates inclusive of taxes & buffet breakfast @ The Café, Guest on AP package can either avail buffet lunch & dinner @ The Café OR gets a meal credit worth Rs. 1200/- per person per night, Prices inclusive of return transfers from the airport in an air- conditioned coach, No provision for extra bed / mattress & TRIPLE Occupancy in a Pavilion room, Two children below the age of 12 years would be accommodated in Lagoon Suite at no additional cost without an extra bed, if extra bed required it would be @ Rs. 1500 + tax per night per bed, Food and Beverage component for the children between 06-12yrs @ Rs. 600 all inclusive per day per child. Children below 06 yrs dine with the compliments of the hotel.
Dates of travel to be requested for minimum of 30 days in advance for reservation but subject to availability against restricted inventory,
Entire Pre payment to be made within 48 hrs once the booking is made, 15% surcharge applicable for the particular night when the stay overlaps Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR a Public Holiday.
Cancellation & Amendment policy - 50% retention if the cancellation is done 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention if the cancellation is done less than15 days prior to the date of arrival, No amendments of dates of travel allowed.
