All 140 centrally air-conditioned rooms are very spacious, luxuriously appointed with a private verandah or balcony that overlooks the Arabian Sea. Guest amenities and facilities include personal safes and extra-large bathrooms. There are two Presidential villas also with private plunge pools.

The Taj Exotica has been subtly divided into a main block which houses spacious deluxe and luxury rooms; and the villa block with 2 and 4 rooms villas. Holding a Conference in Taj Exotica Goa

The Sala Grande banquet hall is one of the largest pillar-less banquet halls in Goa. Its 4600 sq. ft. area can be easily partitioned in two for the business purposes. There are also 2 private, inter-connected dining rooms, perfect for all types of conferences.

In all, there are 5 rooms with capacities of up to 800 persons auditorium style and up to 1200 persons for receptions/ cocktails. The Swimming pool area and lawns are available for organising larger parties.
